According to the regulation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the duration of study is 2 years as below:

  • First Year:
  1. First Semester: comprises five modules, including two general modules and
    three core modules relevant to the department.
  2. Second Semester: includes five core modules specifically related to the
    department.
  • Second Year: In the second year, comprised of two semesters (1st and 2nd Semester), students undertake their MSc. Thesis

  2. The 2nd Semester involves formulating the Ph.D. thesis proposal, assigning a supervisor, and delivering a seminar presentation.
  • Second and Third Years:  Each year comprises of two semesters (1st and 2nd Semester), and students undertake their Ph.D. Thesis.

The Ph.D. program is structured with a total of 180 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits as follows:
