SPU President Received an American Volunteer Scientific Team
A scientific team of American volunteers (LDS Charity) visited the Presidency of Sulaimani Polytechnic University (SPU) in order build bridges of communication and carry out joint work.
On Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, Assist Prof. Dr Hoshyar Abdullah Aziz, president of SPU received a scientific team of American volunteers (LDS Charity), which was held in the presence of Assist. Prof. Dr. Sarhang Sarwat Hama Karim, president assistant for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education and Assist. Prof Dr. Awder Mohammed Ahmed, Coordinator of Relations between Sulaimani Polytechnic University and the US Consulate in Erbil.
President of SPU expressed his pleasure with the visit and explained the scientific activities and scientific level of the university to the guest delegation and explained the university’s views on scientific changes and the current needs of the labor market.
The President considered it necessary for universities and institutions outside the university to have good coordination and relations between them together to create a positive impact on the development and improvement of scientific and academic levels, especially scientific institutions in the United States.
The delegations of both sides agreed to work together in the future to exchange skills, exchange ideas and conduct scientific activities.
The American volunteer team expressed their pleasure with the meeting and hoped to further develop the relations in the near future and expressed their readiness for coordination and any scientific work between SPU and scientific institutions in the United States.
