A scientific Workshop was Held on Industrial Development in Kurdistan
On Sunday 11/12/2022, the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Technical College of Engineering, Sulaimani Polytechnic University (SPU), organized a workshop entitled (Industry 4: Challenges for productivity, development of production systems an employment).
The aim of the workshop was to present the information on the extent to which Kurdistan factories can use (I 4.0) for the development and progress of industry in Kurdistan.
The topics of the workshop were presented as follows:
* Prof. Dr. Sarkawt Rustam Hassan’s topic entitled (Industry 4.0 an (introduction).
*Assist. Prof. Dr. Yasin Mustafa’s topic entitled Predictive (Maintenance)
* Assist. Prof. Dr. Razgar Mohammed’s topic entitled (Automatic control of cutting process on CNC manchines)
* Dr. Tawana Abdulqadir Hussein’s topic entitled (How industry 4.0 is transforming Lean Manufacturing).
It is worth mentioning that the workshop was held in the presence of Dr. Sivan Hisham, Dean of Technical College of Engineering, Head of Mechanical Engineering Department and a number of teachers of the college departments.
