Sulaimani Forum for Decentralization was ended

The forum was organized by both Sulaimani Polytechnic University and the University of Sulaimani at Ramada Hotel on 20 Feb 2021  with the attendance of several representatives of PUK, Sulaimani governor, deans, and high-profile staff of the colleges of SPU and the University of Sulimani.

There were two main panels in the forum. The first panel was presented by Dr. Alan Faraidwn, the president of the SPU, in which he explained decentralization from different perspectives by hosting Dr. Yosif Goran, Judge Khdir Hasan, and Dr. Haval Abubakir. The second panel was then presented by Dr. Raza Hasan Hussin by hosting Dr. Mstafa Rasul, Dr. Narmin Maruf, and Abdulrahman Salih. The panel focused on decentralization from the administrative perspective and economic development. Then many questions and remarks were made by the attendances and exchanged their opinions on the subjects.
