SPU journal, KJAR, is among the MHE-NUR approved journals

Following the first review of the journals published by Kurdistan Region universities, the ranking committee of MHE-NUR National University Ranking has approved 19, including Kurdistan Journal of Applied Research, out of a total of 34 journals.

The ranking committee of MHE-NUR audit the journals published by local public and private universities every four months. There are a total of 29 universities in the region out of which 14 are private and 15 are state-run universities.

The first review of journals was doe in February 2019 and as a result, 19 journals were approved by the committee as they complied with all requirements for scientific journals set by MHE-NUR.
