New Achievement of Sulaimani Polytechnic University in the 2025 SciMago Rankings

On 2025-03-08 According to the 2025 SciMago Institution Rankings, Sulaimani Polytechnic
University has achieved a new milestone in research performance, innovation, and social impact.
Within the framework of the rankings for academic institutions, the university has attained
significant progress among all public universities in Iraq that provided data to SciMago. The
university is ranked 15 th in Iraq and 3 rd among public universities in the Kurdistan Region.
The SciMago rankings are based on several metrics, which include:
