The President of Sulaimani Polytechnic University and Students in a Sporting atmosphere
Today, Monday 30th May 2022, Prof. Dr. Alan Faraidun Ali Amin, President of SPU visited the campus of technical colleges of the university and was welcomed by Prof. Atta Sheikh Karim, the Dean of College of Engineering and a number of teachers and employees of the college.
In order to provide a sporting atmosphere with the students, Dr. Alan participated in the table tennis and chess games, which are provided by the presidency of the university to provide a sporting atmosphere for the students, in the cafeteria of the college campuses.
The president of the university stated: ‘At the request of the students and the dean of the College of Engineering in the campus of technical colleges of SPU in Chawarchra, we have provided table tennis, chess and some other games for our students. We believe that a sporting atmosphere is essential to provide a better university-learning environment and improve the social skills of the students.’
Then he visited the Technical College of Informatics, which is located on the campus of the Technical Colleges of the University in Chwarchra.
