A campaign for the Covid-19 vaccine started at SPU

To protect the lives of the lecturers and staff of the SPU, the first dose of vaccine against COVID-19 was
used. This has been ordered by Dr. Alan Faradiwn Ali, the president of SPU. Today on Wednesday 4th,
September 2021, a voluntary team of Sulimanya Health Self-Protection visited SPU and used Pfizer
vaccine for a significant amount of the lecturers and staff.
Imad Majid, the director of the health and safety of the SPU said, “This is the best time that we can
cooperate and use this vaccine for our staff” and he also appreciated the effort of this team.
The lecturers and the staff of the SPU were so happy and thanked the whole team that could provide
this important treatment at this time. Moreover, the team will visit SPU again to give the second dose of
the vaccine.
