A Lecturer from SPU Publishes Scientific Research In a High Profile Journal

A lecturer from Halabja Technical College of Applied Science of SPU has published significant research in the field of architectural engineering in an international high-profile journal.

Nasih Habib Askandar – is a lecturer and researcher from SPU, Halabja Technical College of Applied Science/ Department of Horticulture & Landscape Design and a Ph.D. student at Salahadin University/ Department of Engineering – has published his second extracted portion of his Ph.D. thesis entitled as “Torsional Strengthening of RC Beams with Continuous Spiral Near-Surface Mounted Steel Wire Rope” in the International Journal of Concrete Structures and Materials.
