On Monday afternoon, November 4, 2024, a scientific seminar was presented at Dukan Technical Institute by Dr. Zhilwan Abdullah Ahmad and Prof. Araz Ali Abdulrahman, entitled “Campaign to Combat Drugs: Health, Social, and Legal Perspectives.”
