The Implementation Plan of the Bologna Protocol on Accounting is Being Developed in the Institutes of Sulaimani Polytechnic University

On February 11, 2025, under the supervision of the Presidency of Sulaimani Polytechnic University and the Deanship of the Technical College of Administration, a special workshop on Accounting by Computer was held. The workshop took place in the seminar hall of the Technical College campus, hosted by the Technical Department of Accounting at the Technical College of Administration. This workshop aimed to familiarize accounting teachers from institutes affiliated with our university with the subjects and computer systems used in accounting, as well as how to teach these subjects at the institute level. This marks the first time that accounting is being taught as a fundamental subject at our institutes in accordance with the Bologna Convention.

Additionally, the workshop acknowledged and expressed gratitude to the Kurdistan Students Association for their support in providing the necessary computer systems for the accounting program at Sulaimani Polytechnic University.
