Sulaimani Polytechnic University’s Council Meeting was Held Under the Chairmanship of the SPU President

The first meeting of the university council in 2024 was held under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Hoshyar Abdullah Aziz, President of Sulaimani Polytechnic University. At the beginning, the president congratulated the members of the council on the new year’s coming and hoped that this year, with a new approach to serve students, teachers and employees successfully conduct the education process in all colleges and institutes. Then the ranking and how to participate in the framework of the classification of universities in the world, Arab countries and Iraq was highlighted in the form of a presentation by Mrs. Shara Saleh Ali, Director of Education Programs and Quality Assurance Directorate Mrs. Zhana, Director of Statistics, and IT Directorate. After that, to implement all scientific departments in the new year within the framework of the steps to improve the university, it was proposed to hold this kind of presentation for the heads of departments of colleges and institutes. Finally, some administrative measures and implementation of the requests and proposals of colleges and institutes within the framework of the agenda of the meeting were presented to the council members and necessary decisions were made.
