Futsal League of Students, Teachers and Employees in Halabja Ended

Under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Hoshyar Abdullah Aziz, the President of Sulaimani Polytechnic University, supervised by Asst. Prof. Dr. Karzan Abdullah Mohammed, the dean of Halabja College of Practical Sciences, M. Bakhtiar Jamil, the head of Halabja universities and colleges organizing committee, the assistant dean, teachers, students, and fans, the final game of the futsal league was played between the College Teachers and Employees team against the Medical Laboratory Students Stage II team.

Both teams came into the stadium with good preparation and there were several unique goal opportunities during the match. At the end of the match, the team of the College Teachers and Employees won the match (5-0).

After the game, the dean of the college and a number of teachers awarded prizes to the players, referees, and the supervisors of the league.

Annually, SPU hosts sport events for the students as a relief from the pressure of exams and studying.
