Sulaimani Polytechnic University Signed Two MOU With Universities Of Iran

Within the framework of SPU delegation visit to Islamic Republic of Iran, they have visited Tehran Medical University on Thursday afternoon 26/4/2016 and they were received warmly by president of Tehran University and numbers of Deans of Faculties.

On the other hand, under the auspices of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research ,SPU signed two other MOUs on Tuesday afternoon 26/4/2016.

So far the first agreement was between president of SPU Dr.Alan F. Ali and President of Sharif Technological University Prog Dr.Mahmud Fatuhy Fairuz,the first memorandum of understanding included the implementation of joint scientific academy works of Higher grades in the bachelor’s and master’s and Ph.D degrees as well as holding of joint international scientific conferences and seminars, And take advantage of university professors from both parties who have been nominated , besides the Sharif Technological University will assist SPU in opening of new scientific sections in the field of engineering in the new SPU university camp and will be supervised by a joint commission which grants joint bachelor certificates.

On the other hand Dr.Alan Faraidun under the auspices on Minister of Higher Education signed MOU with the president of Technical and Industrial University,Prof.Dr.Masud Shafee , both sides agreed to open joint professional training centers for SPU graduates as well as others from outside according to special rules supervised by a commission, in the fields of IT,Mechanical,Technical Electricity and fixing of cars, as well as Electronic Tech, cooling and heating devices, the training duration will be (3-12) months, and the students will receive international certificates.

Dr.Alan stated, that the Courses will be embedded to the needs and disciplines required in the labor market, and the training courses will be supervised by professors holding master degrees in both universities.
