Director of Career Development Center CDC at SPU participates in the fourth Middle East Career Development conference.

In the framework of the development of the education system in Kurdistan and Iraq, carried out by the IREX organization and the support of the US Embassy, the director of career department center at SPU participates in the fourth Middle East Career Development conference in New York university in Abu Dhabi which will be lasting for 6 days from 8-13/5/2016.

Banaz Rasheed Director of CDC at SPU stated, as an outcome of the great activities conducted by our department, we have been selected among 14 universities in Kurdistan to participate in the conference, besides representatives of Salahadeen, Koya, Rapareen Universities will participate in the conference too.

The aim of the conference is to create a connection between the two fields, teaching and the career department to overcome the obstacles that face the graduates in finding jobs. Moreover It is scheduled that both IREX and specialists confer on how to develop the potential of the graduates to commensurate with the requirements of companies during the conference along with the development of a useful program to promote and support the development of university education system.
