SPU Hosted a Scientific Symposium Entitled (Moving Towards E-government)

In 18/12/2014, presidency of SPU hosted a scientific symposium in Piramerd Hall entitled (moving towards E-government),the symposium was preside by CSI in collaboration with SPU, the presence of the president of SPU Assist.Prof.Dr.Alan Faraydoon and vice presidents of SPUr for academic affairs Dr.Nasih Othman as well as vice president for student affairs Dr.Khalid Mahmood, and in the presence of Dr.Salah Saeed president of Sulaimani University , Dr.Soran AbuBakr Dean of CSI and numbers of professors with a large number of members of the computer association, representatives of Sulaimani governorate with other KRG associations and the media. At the outset of the symposium Mr.Sarkhel organizer and presenter of the symposium welcomed the attendees and after delivering the speech of CSI Dean by Dr.Soran Abu Bakr. President of SPU expressed his gratitude to organize such scientific symposiums and he reiterated the presidency of SPU support for such activities in the field of IT, and he thanked the organizers of the symposium and wished them success and continuity.

Mr.Tonis Mae delivered a speech entitled (living in E- society) and talked about his experiences while working in the court, Mr.Tonis clarified the facilities that E-government present, for instance his country Estonia who apply this system, after that six other seminars and scientific research and final panel were presented, and the symposium ended after presenting a set of questions and answers.
