Scientific Workshop Held for Medical Laboratory Employees Of Ministry Of Health

To provide more knowledge and information to the medical laboratory employees of the public hospitals, on 11 March 2020, the Technical College of Health of SPU in cooperation with the Directorate of Health and Safety of the presidency of SPU, Sulaimani Health syndicate, and Sulaimani General Health Directorate organized a scientific workshop for the medical laboratory employees of the Ministry of Health of the Kurdistan Region.

The participants were familiarized with the advanced techniques available in the world to diagnose the coronavirus and the training workshop was taught theoretically and practically by Dr. Salar Ibrahim and Dr. Tayb Ahmad.

In return, the participants showed their gratitude towards Sulaimani Polytechnic University and they wished that the academic centers will continue holding such kind of scientific workshops because nowadays the health centers require specialized people to diagnose coronavirus. As always, SPU promised to do all they can to help and save people’s lives.
