Students of the University of Sulaimani Polytechnic University received the award certificates in the scientific and technological festival.

On May 2, 2018, at the awards ceremony for the College of Science and Technology which consisted of 56 projects from all the colleges and institutes of the Sulaimani and Halabja , Mr. Hisham Hashim ranked first, while Mr. Goran Burhan Rostam was among the top ten students. Both are reward certificates.
