The Technical Department of Media won the Student Service Futsal League
On Monday 16th May 2022, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Alan Faraidun Ali Amin, the president of SPU, and a number of deans, teachers and students, the final game of SPU Futsal game was played between the students of Administration and Media departments.
Despite having a dusty weather, the final game was held in the presence of SPU president, teachers, many fans, and some prominent commentators (such as Bestun Tawagozi).
Both teams came into the field with good preparation. Both teams had several golden opportunities to score goals. Finally, the Technical Department of Media beat the Administration department 5-1.
After the game, the president of the university and a number of teachers distributed prizes to the players, referees and supervisors of the league.
In order to providing a sporting stress-free atmosphere, SPU sets up a futsal league annually. The league is formed under the direct supervision of the SPU president.
