A Workshop for Strengthening the Journalists’ Ability is Held

To strengthen the ability of the journalists and the employees of all the media departments of Sulaimani Polytechnic University and to equalize their work and activities using one system, a workshop is held by the Directorate of Media and Activities on 22 June 2021 under the supervision of Professor Dr. Alan Faraidun Ali Amin at the Cultural center of the Presidency of Sulaimani Polytechnic University.

In the beginning, Aram Baker Omar, the director of the Directorate of Media and Activities presented his welcoming speech and explained the main goal of the workshop which is equalizing their work and activities using one system.

 Then, Rega Ahmad Abdullah, an employee in the Directorate of Media and Activities, explained to the audience how the current education and developments in the field of photo and video are used in a modern way, and he also demonstrated many good and bad samples of pictures and videos.

 After that Soran Hassan Ahmad Saleh, an employee in the Directorate of Media and Activities presented a topic about news and how to make news and he emphasized preparing news using one shared system. Moreover, Jamal Kakbra, a member of the national rank high committee, indicated the important points that should be included in the news of the University. And Barzan Hatam presented a topic on Design and Photoshop programs. At the end of the workshop, the Directorate of Media and Activities of the Sulaimani Polytechnic University offered a certificate of participation to the participants.
