A project by a lecturer and her students in Technical College of Informatics is being published in an international journal

The lecturer and her four students’ research have been published under the title ‏(Fake News Detection in Low-resourced Languages “Kurdish Language” Using Machine Learning Algorithms). It focuses on the detection of fake news in social media. The lecturer, whose name is Ranya Azad, with her students have tried to introduce a new method for creating a dataset named (Machine Learning) with other programs to detect fake news. Within the development of social media in the world, this aspect has been selected as a sensitive spot for sharing fake news, thus this could be an effective way for anyone who need to solve this issue.
