A Teacher from Sulaimani Polytechnic University has been Selected as One of the Most Influential People with Disabilities in the World by the Team (DiversAbility)
On the 33rd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), on the 26th of July 2023, DiversAbility announced the 2023 D-30 Most Influential People with Disabilities, which honors the achievements of 30 leaders with disabilities from 12 countries. Launched in 2020, the D-30 Disability, annually, honors 30 disable leaders globally. (Bakhtawar Barzan Abdullah) is a practical lecturer in the IT department of Technical College of Informatics. He was selected by the DiversAbility team as one of the most influential people with disabilities. He has participated in several important projects, festivals and scientific courses in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. Some of which were dedicated to creating programs to serve and facilitate people with disabilities. This has made him an influential person and he has been satisfied by international and local organizations and teams.
