Darbandikhan Technical Institute plays an important role in implementing the project of transportation plan in the Darbandikhan City

On Wednesday 14th of Dec ,the plan of transportation of Darbandikhan City has been developed in the process of implementation in the seminar hall of the technical Institute of Darbandikhan with the presence of Mayor of Darbandikhan and the Dean of the Institute as well as Heads of the Darbandikhan municipality and Directorate of Investment in Sulaimani and the representatives of the municipalities and transportation, during which the master plan of transportation in Darbanidikhan was launched.

The duration of the master plan is 10 years, from 2017-2027, the master plan includes street planning and separating the main street from the part that be allocated for bicycles, besides the schedule includes the estimation and schedules required for the whole process of the implementation.

On 18th of Dec, the implementation of the project will start, and the budget of the project is 100 000$ will be donated by two Dutch Companies and will be implemented in cooperation with a private local Company and duration of the implementation is 180 days.

Mr.Oumran Hassan, chief of the surveyor section at the Technical Institute stated, this project will be as a symbol for the other cities of Kurdistan, it is worth mentioning that Mr.Oumran got master degree from Holland has played a great role in organizing and coordinating this relation with Holland.

Then Eng.Tony Bush,Head of the project implementation stated ,we will try our best to implement the project in Kurdistan with no mistakes and taking into consideration the culture and tradition of the area.
