SPU Cooperates with the Independent High Elections Commission

In order to have a better relationship together, Amanj Aziz, the general director of the Sulaimani branch of the Independent High Elections Commission, visited the office of the president of SPU, Dr. Alan Faradiwn, and other senior staff.

In the meeting, they both discussed the upcoming elections. Amanj Aziz mentioned that the elections are coming for the representatives of Iraq and he mentioned they are working on organizing the elections to make it as best as a possible election without any corruption. Then he said universities such as SPU must have a big role in the awareness of the elections and should advocate the elections and their activities especially with the cooperation with its staff.

The president of the SPU mentioned they would be entirely open for the process of election everywhere in Kurdistan and they are ready for any activity that can facilitate this process.
