Directorate of Services

Within the framework of the structure of the Presidency of our university, the Directorate is administratively connected to the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs. The department consists of three divisions with a total of 67 employees, including the night shifts of the Presidency guards.

Gardens Unit

Provides daily gardening and landscaping services, maintains the green areas of the University Presidency, Language Center, and all internal pathways.

Maintenance Unit

Responsible for the university’s internal maintenance, including repairs, water and electricity pipelines, daily services, cooling and heating systems, and operation of the University’s four generators.

Drivers Division

Responsible for transportation of SPU directors and employees, official visits, and transportation between the University Presidency, colleges, institutes, ministries, and other official destinations. The division operates 23 vehicles.

Other Responsibilities

The Directorate also supervises cleanliness services, coordinates with the University guards, supports the night guards, and oversees all daily service activities under the guidance of the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
