The Internship Program is a form of experiential learning that integrates the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom with practical work experience and professional skill development in a real workplace environment.

The program provides students with valuable opportunities to gain hands-on work experience, develop professional competencies, and build connections with organizations and industry professionals that may contribute to their future careers. It also enables employers to identify, assess, and develop talented students as potential future employees.

At SPU, the Internship Program is designed to prepare students for the labor market by enabling them to apply their academic knowledge and theoretical skills in real-world work environments. Through this experience, students enhance their professional competencies, gain practical experience, and establish valuable professional networks, all of which contribute to improving their future employability and career prospects.
