Directorate of Engineering and Projects of Sulaimani Polytechnic University The responsibilities of this department are:
1- Creating sets of engineering drawings and implementation of projects.
2- Design, supervision and renovation of all buildings and necessary places in all colleges and institutes affiliated to our university.
3- Supervising projects.

Directorate of Engineering and Projects of Sulaimani Polytechnic University consists of(Director and Design and Map Department)

The Engineering and Projects Management Committees are:
1. Project Planning Committee.
2- Committee for preparing presentations and evaluation.
3- Project Monitoring Committee, in all projects of colleges and institutes of our university.
4- Primitive estimations, hidden works and final estimation, in all projects of colleges and institutes of our university.
5- Project Implementation Committee.
6- Additional Period Committee.
7. Project Compensation Committee.
8. Variations Committee.
