A Ukrainian University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sulaimani Polytechnic University

On 12 September 2021 a Ukrainian university staff paid a visit to
SPU which was directed by Ahmad Altanakachi, the official
representative of the Ukrainian universities in Iraq. They were
welcomed by Dr. Soran Abu Bakr, Vice President for Scientific
affairs.
In this meeting, they both discussed the mechanisms of the
education experience especially Evano Vrankviski university
which focuses on the petroleum studies. In the extension of this,
they both signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that
they both can exchange scientific conferences, cooperated
researches, administration and academic staff exchanges.
