In Six Months Sulaimani Polytechnic University Passed 2,626 World Universities

The latest list of the best universities around the world was published in 2021 according to the Webometrics agency. Sulaimani Polytechnic University has developed 2626 universities worldwide in less than a year. Jamal Kak Bra, the university representative for rank university affairs, told us that the world’s Webometrics agency announced the latest rank of universities in the world that include Iraq and Kurdistan and the SPU has taken a big step towards development and scientific progress. Compared to the last rank announced worldwide at the beginning of February 2021, the SPU became 7819 and among 114 universities in Iraq, SPU was 40th and at the level of the Kurdistan public and private universities, which are 30 universities, SPU is in the 14th place and at the level of public universities out of 15 universities, our university is 9th in the region. Also, the university president hoped that on the hands of all the unknown soldiers, we will receive great results year by year and serve the educational process and academic field more.
