Sulaimani Polytechnic University Leads Internship Programs for Three Consecutive Years

For the past three years, Sulaimani Polytechnic University has ranked first among universities in the Kurdistan Region in participation in internship programs that provide training opportunities in the private sector.

In the 2024–2025 academic year, a total of 890 students from various departments at Sulaimani Polytechnic University participated in the skills training program through the Career Development Center (CDC).

The internship program is a form of practical, workplace-based learning that integrates theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom with hands-on professional experience.

This program enables students to acquire valuable applied skills and build connections with career fields they are considering for their future paths. Additionally, it allows faculty members and employers to guide, monitor, and evaluate students’ scientific and professional development.
