The Career Development Center at Sulaimani Polytechnic University Conducts a Workshop on “Occupational Stress Management Techniques” for Sulaimani Chamber of Commerce and Industry

As part of the collaborative initiatives between the Career Development Center (CDC) at Sulaimani Polytechnic University and the Sulaimani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a specialized workshop was conducted on December 21, 2025. The session, titled “Occupational Stress Management Techniques,” was specifically designed for the staff of the Sulaimani Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Ayub Karim, Director of the Career Development Center. During the session, he delivered a comprehensive overview of the conceptual framework of occupational stress, highlighting its primary causes, common symptoms, and its impact on professional performance. Additionally, the workshop included a presentation of practical strategies and techniques aimed at reducing work-related stress and promoting organizational well-being.
