Sulaimani Polytechnic University and the Civil Development Organization (CDO) Collaborate on Narcotics Prevention Program

Sulaimani Polytechnic University (SPU), in collaboration with the Civil Development Organization (CDO), implemented a narcotics prevention and awareness program through two separate events.

The first session was held in the presence of Mr. Mudhafar Jabbar, Educational Supervisor at the General Directorate of Education in Halabja. During this event, Dr. Karzan Mohammed delivered the narcotics prevention program to educational counselors working under the Halabja Directorate of Education. At the conclusion of the session, certificates of participation were awarded to the counselors.

A parallel event took place at the Directorate of Education in the Dukan District and was attended by Mr. Hiwa Sadiq, the district’s First Educational Supervisor. Dr. Harman Sherko conducted the prevention training for counselors within the Dukan education jurisdiction. The session concluded with the distribution of participation certificates to all attendees.
