Sulaimani Polytechnic University Delegation Formalizes Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Murcia, Spain

During the official visit of the Sulaimani Polytechnic University (SPU) delegation to the University of Murcia in Spain—undertaken as part of the activities of the third phase of the RISE Project—a high-level delegation from our university successfully concluded a new partnership agreement.

The delegation was headed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Bakhtiar Obeid Sharif, Vice President for Student Affairs, and accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Awder Mohammed Ahmed, Director of International Relations.

Following substantive scientific discussions and the development of a strategic agreement concerning academic mobility and exchange programs for both faculty and students, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally signed between the two institutions. The agreement was executed in collaboration with Mr. José Luján, President of the University of Murcia, and Prof. Pascual Gómez, Vice President for International Relations.
