
Admission of Top-Ranking Students (First, Second, and Third Place) from Equivalent Colleges, and Issuance of Ministerial and University Decrees for Polytechnic-Parallel System Students and Transfers from Lower to Higher GPA Colleges
Today, October 14, 2025, and in accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Study, Planning, and Follow-Up / Central Admissions Directorate, the names of students for whom ministerial and university decrees have been issued—and who have been admitted to their equivalent colleges—have been published.
1. Admission of Top-Ranking Technical Institute Graduates:
The first-, second-, and third-place graduates of our university’s technical institutes have been admitted to morning and evening study programs at our university and at the universities indicated next to their names in the attached list.
2. Admission through the Polytechnic-Parallel System:
Candidates who applied online to our university under the Polytechnic-Parallel System—including graduates of two-year governmental and non-governmental technical institutes in the region—have been admitted to our university in the Polytechnic-Parallel study track in the departments specified next to their names in the attached list.
3. Transfers from Lower to Higher GPA Colleges:
Students whose names appear in the attached list have been approved for transfer from colleges with lower admission GPAs to colleges with higher admission GPAs, and have been assigned to the locations specified next to their names.
Note:
1. Please strictly adhere to bringing all previously announced required documents and materials necessary for completing admission procedures.
2. Students whose names appear in these lists are requested to contact their respective admitted colleges starting Sunday, October 19, 2025, and within a period of ten (10) days.
