A Scientific Symposium on World Cancer Day

A scientific symposium was held on the occasion of World Cancer Day in the conference hall of Chawarchra Technical Colleges Campus, with the presence of Prof. Younis Sabir Abdullah, Dean of the Technical College of Health and Medicine, representatives of the Kurdistan Regional Hospital, and a number of teachers and academics.

The symposium was organized by the Technical College of Health and Medicine of Sulaimani Polytechnic University, in coordination with the Regional Hospital.
Presentations were delivered by:

Dr. Bakhtiar Kamal Talabani (PhD in Radiology and Ultrasound, Professor at Sulaimani Polytechnic University) – “The Role of Radiation Diagnosis in Breast Cancer”

Dr. Dalia Tariq Abdul Ghafoor (PhD/Board in General Surgery) – “Breast Cancer Treatment Strategies.”

At the conclusion of the event, participants engaged with the speakers through questions and discussions, receiving informative and scientific responses.
