Sulaimani Polytechnic University has Conducted a Workshop on Creating Job Opportunities

Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hoshyar Abdullah Aziz, President of Sulaimani Polytechnic University, in the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarhang Sarwat Hama Karim, Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education, Dr. Bakhtiar Obaid Sharif, Vice President for Student Affairs and Dr. Sivan Hisham Tahir, Dean of Technical College of Engineering, in the Piramerd Hall of university’s Presidency, Huawei Academy of Sulaimani Polytechnic University held a workshop (Job Opportunities) for graduates of Technical College of Engineering and Technical College of Informatics.

First, Dr. Bakhtiar Obaid Sharif welcomed the guests and each of the Director of Communications of Huawei, Director of Huawei University Academy and Director of Human Resources of Huawei company. He highlighted the relationship between the university and the company and hoped that the coordination between the university and Huawei will be strengthened as always.

Then each of the representatives of Huawei discussed the coordination between their company and the graduates of Sulaimani Polytechnic University to develop their skills and find job opportunities. In this regard, they mentioned that about 10 graduates of Sulaimani Polytechnic University have found jobs through Huawei and in 2023 more than 700 graduates of Sulaimani Polytechnic University participated in Huawei courses.

The workshop ended with questions and answers by the graduates and guests of Huawei company.
