This department was opened for the first time in the academic year 2007-2008 under the name of the Department of Geometric Drawing. The duration of study was two years, like all scientific departments in technical institutes, except for two months of practical training in government offices or private sector projects. At the end of the study, students receive a technical diploma.
Vision:
Students who want to study in this department must have passion for architecture and computer use. After two years of study, students receive a technical diploma in architectural technology with the title of Architectural Technician
Mission:
Graduates of this department, Architectural Technique, will become assistants to architectural engineers in private sector architectural engineering offices, in addition to being able to supervise the implementation of civil projects in both the public and private sectors as technical staff.
