The President Received Representative of KRG Government in Spain

Assist.Prof.D.Alan F. Ali and vice president for scientific affairs Dr.Nasih as well as Mr.Bakhtiar Obed Director of registration and Jamal Kakbra Director of IT & Academic Relations received in the presidency of the SPU, Mr.Daban Shadalla representative of KRG in Spain, accompanied by Dr.Ali Qader dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, For the purpose of the establishment of cooperation in the scientific and academic ties with universities in Europe in general and Spain in particular through representative of the KRG in Spain.

During the meeting they discussed the exchange of the scientific delegations between our University and the University of Spain, and the representative of KRG in Spain hoped that SPU may be included in the scientific and student exchange of the European Union for instance Erasmus program, this program is a global program for higher education in the European universities which provides the opportunity to supplement their graduate studies in European universities without paying scholarships, and the program adopts the study and accommodation costs on the basis of competition, the representative of the KRG pledged to support the university and called on the president of SPU to visit Spain to hold academic relations with the universities of Spain through their coordination and support .
