As reported, SPU was the first<br \/>\nuniversity in the Kurdistan region to sign an MOU with<br \/>\nNagasaki University in Japan.<br \/>\nIn the meeting, the Vice president for Scientific Affairs<br \/>\nhighlighted the importance of cooperating the<br \/>\nuniversities of the region with the universities of the<br \/>\nworld in general and the universities of Japan in<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">particular and he expressed that SPU is ready for any<br \/>\nkind of collaboration in this field.<br \/>\nFinally, Kokki Sia told the university website reporter that<br \/>\nhe chose to study at SPU as it is the only university in the<br \/>\nregion that has academic relations with the universities<br \/>\nin Japan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Japanese student selected Sulaimani Polytechnic University to complete part of his study among the other universities in the Kurdistan Region.
