In accordance with public safety measures, on 20\/12\/2020 at the Art Building the Night of Yalda festival, named \u201cCoexistence on Yalda Night\u201d took place.<\/p>\n

The festival was supervised by the General Directorate of Culture and Art, the Center and Artistic Team Department with representatives from a number of artistic and cultural organizations and volunteer groups, Kurdistan National Art Group, Sofi Karim Cultural House, Yarstan Intellectual Association, Sarai Cultural Centre, National Dance Team, Garian National Radio, the Digital Cultural Heritage Research Centre based at the Sulaimani Polytechnic University and Nahrein Network, Master Saman Restaurant, Haji Osman Yummy House, Sulaimani Craft Group, and H&L Design.<\/p>\n

Given that the Night of Yalda is a National Kurdish Holiday, on this festival night, Kurdish food and snacks will be served along with the sound of Duhol and Zurna Kurdish Hallparke. Furthermore, there will be song parties and national Kurdish music sung by several popular singers and Hallparke group as well as Garian National Radio presented by many popular comedians and comedic actors. Moreover, there will be a short descriptive presentation about the history of The Night of Yalda and Poem Flower Home and music and a display of Kurdish clothes, and Mithra Praise. During the festival, there will also be a display of our digital exhibition \u201cTalk to Sarai\u201d, in which historical figures narrate their stories! In addition, the canvas of \u201cPeople\u2019s Voice on Yalda Night\u201d will be available along with several art and cultural activities in a colorful manner.<\/p>\n
