{"id":5126,"date":"2021-01-26T11:04:27","date_gmt":"2021-01-26T08:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spu.edu.iq\/en\/?p=5126"},"modified":"2024-05-14T12:37:43","modified_gmt":"2024-05-14T09:37:43","slug":"an-international-workshop-on-land-use-bylaws-and-cities-took-place","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spu.edu.iq\/en\/an-international-workshop-on-land-use-bylaws-and-cities-took-place\/","title":{"rendered":"An international workshop on \u201cLand use bylaws and cities\u201d took place."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On January 20th, 2021, the 1st international training workshop of the joint Digital cultural heritage (DCH)-the Nahrein Network \u201ccreative cities\u201d Training Program under the title \u201cLand use bylaws and cities&#8221; was held. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over 186 participants from 31 different universities and government and non-government organizations from a total of 4 countries (Iraq, USA, Australia, UK) attended the workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Theone hour and a half workshop was presented by Dr. Sara Alinaghi Pour, Municipal Planner at the City of Chestermere, Canada. During the webinar, Dr. Sara discussed the land use bylaws of Canada. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Nahrein Network is a collaborative international project between University College London (UCL), University of Oxford, Sulaimani Polytechnic University, and the University of Al-Qadisiyah.
