Within Iraq, the participants came from Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, Babylon, Halabja, Koya, Khanaqin, and Duhok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop was presented by Prof. Olli Niemi, an Advisor for the Finnish Education Group \u2013 FEG Ltd, a retired Professor, and a civil engineer from Finland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Nahrein Network is a collaborative international project between University College London (UCL), University of Oxford, Sulaimani Polytechnic University, and the University of Al-Qadisiyah.
