{"id":4573,"date":"2021-06-01T23:20:57","date_gmt":"2021-06-01T20:20:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spu.edu.iq\/en\/?p=4573"},"modified":"2021-07-27T11:57:53","modified_gmt":"2021-07-27T08:57:53","slug":"the-digital-cultural-heritage-research-center-dch-with-nahrein-network-host-an-international-webinar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spu.edu.iq\/en\/the-digital-cultural-heritage-research-center-dch-with-nahrein-network-host-an-international-webinar\/","title":{"rendered":"An international workshop on \u201cUniversity campus as regional powerhouse \u2013 Case Tampere\u201d took place"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On May 26th, 2021, the 5th international training workshop of the joint Digital cultural heritage (DCH)-the Nahrein Network \u201cCreative Cities\u201d Training Program under the title \u201cUniversity campus as regional powerhouse \u2013 Case Tampere &#8221; was held.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over 165 participants from 33 different universities and government and non-government associations and organizations from a total of 7 countries (Iraq, Iran, Tunis, UK, USA, Israel, Algeria) attended the workshop, and locally participants attended from (Sulaymaniyah \u2013 Erbil \u2013 Kirkuk \u2013 Halabja \u2013 Koya- Diwaniya and Duhok).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The three hour long workshop was presented by Prof. Olli Niemi, Advisor for the Finnish Education Group \u2013 FEG Ltd , retired Professor and civil engineer from Finland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Nahrein Network is a collaborative international project between University College London (UCL), University of Oxford, Sulaimani Polytechnic University, and the University of Al-Qadisiyah.
