The SPE Career Development Center at Sulaimani Polytechnic University, in cooperation with the Department of Oil and Energy and the Student Branch, organized a scientific field visit to the Bazian Oil Refinery.<\/p>\n

Fourth-stage students from the Department of Oil and Energy at the Technical College of Engineering conducted this visit on May 7, 2025.<\/p>\n

The initiative aimed to enhance students\u2019 understanding by providing hands-on practical experience related to oil refinery operations. During the visit, students gained valuable insights into the basic operational principles, laboratory testing units, and the overall process flow within the refinery.<\/p>\n

Such field visits play an important role in strengthening the link between academic knowledge and practical application, and they significantly contribute to better preparing students for the labor market.<\/p>\n
