On Wednesday, February 19, 2025, under the supervision of the International English Language Center, the first semester – final exam of English Language Foundation Course was held for more than 5,300 first-year students (both morning and evening sessions) across all colleges and institutes of Sulaimani Polytechnic University. The exam was conducted simultaneously in both theory and practice.<\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning that Sulaimani Polytechnic University has been offering English Language Foundation Courses to all first-year students across five colleges and seven institutes for the past seven years. This system, is approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Regional Government, is also implemented at several other public universities. These courses help prepare students for their future academic stages.<\/p>\n
