The course presented by several teachers and experts of the Department of Administration of the Technical College of Administration, including a number of administrative employees and the departments of the Sulaimani Municipality.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The course aimed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to efficiently manage and oversee the operations of organizations, businesses, or government entities. The course covered a wide range of topics related to administration, management, and organizational behavior.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The objectives of this administrative course were:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Developing managerial skills<\/strong>: participant should learn about leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving to effectively manage teams and resources.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Improving organizational efficiency<\/strong>: emphasizing to understand organizational structures, processes, and strategies to optimize workflow, productivity, and communication.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Understanding administrative functions<\/strong>: participant should gain knowledge in various administrative functions like budgeting, planning, human resources, office management, and project management.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Enhancing communication skills<\/strong>: The participant should acknowledge the effective communication, both written and verbal, as an essential component for administrative
