SPU in partnership with students\u2019 Association organized a debate on the rights and duties of both teachers and students within the framework of higher education law for each of Dr.Sherko Mangori member of the Iraqi Representative Council and chairman of the Higher Educational Council, Dr.Sherko Hama Amin Member of Iraqi Parliament in Higher Education Committee and Dr.Hemin Majeed University professor as well as Zryan Rozhhalati a student of SPU.<\/p>\n

The debate started with moment of silence for Kurdistan faithful martyrs, then Dr.Alan Faraydoon Ali President of the SPU delivered a speech in which he said that the teacher and student are twins were developing the education process, they work together in order to acquire science and knowledge, relationship between the professor and the student must be alive model and well developed within the academic and scientific framework of the University.<\/p>\n
