On Oil Production And The Environment Of Kurdistan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No doubt that one of the important motifs that transferred Kurdistan to advanced stage is the production of oil, despite the importance of oil production in the country&#8217;s economy, yet the environment of Kurdistan should be preserved, thus on 14\/5\/2015 ,Sulaimani Polytechnic University organized a scientific symposium on oil production and the environment of Kurdistan.<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Ali Kamal (lecturer at the University of Koya) presented a subject on \u201cThe mechanism of oil production in Kurdistan\u201d, and Mr.Faisal Abdullah from SPU, presented another subject on \u2018The use of chemical components of oil\u201d, then Assist Prof Dr. Rezan Omer presented \u2018The impact of oil production on the environment\u201d and another subject presented by Dr.Mohammed Babakir Minaon \u2018The effects of oil on human health\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The symposium was attended by Dr.Alan President of SPU, as well as vice president for administration and finance affairs (Dr.Sherzad Tawfiq), the Mayor of Sulaimani (Mr.Bakhtyar Abdulrahman), and number of deans and professors of the colleges.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth to mention that they highlighted the effects of oil production and other natural resources on the environment of Kurdistan and the scientific analysis of its production.<\/p>\n<p>Polytechnic University continues to organize Scientific Symposium and seminars for the development of science and higher education in Kurdistan.<\/p>\n<p><a
