What Are the Sustainable Development Goals?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal framework adopted by the United Nations (UN) to create a more sustainable, equitable, and prosperous world. Introduced as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the SDGs provide a shared roadmap for governments, educational institutions, businesses, and communities to address the world’s most pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges.
The framework consists of 17 interconnected goals that aim to eradicate poverty, protect the planet, promote peace, and ensure that all people enjoy health, education, equality, and opportunities for sustainable growth by the year 2030.
Established in 1945, the United Nations currently comprises 193 Member States, all of which have committed to working together toward achieving these global goals and building a more inclusive and sustainable future for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
