Students with higher degrees usually obtain this scholarship.<\/li><li><strong>International Students Scholarship: <\/strong>Sulaimani Polytechnic University, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, provides full scholarships for international students to continue their postgraduate studies at the Sulaimani Polytechnic University via a program called DAFI sported by UNHCR and British Council. All international students can apply through the ZANKOLINE system (<a href=\"https:\/\/regayzanko.com\">https:\/\/regayzanko.com<\/a>).<\/li><li>Children and spouses of martyrs are offered full tuition grants to study at SPU. This government-funded grant is provided by the Ministry of Anfal and Martyrs to students within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The grant applies to the governorates operating within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq: Duhok, Hawler, and Sulaimaniyah.<\/li><li>Similarly, children and spouses of parents disappeared by the Iraqi regime in 1988 (full scholarship). This government-funded grant is provided by the Ministry of Anfal and Martyrs to students within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The grant applies to the governorates operating within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq: Duhok, Hawler, and Sulaimaniyah.<\/li><li>Children of political prisoners are offered full tuition grants to study at SPU. This government grant is provided by the Ministry of Anfal and Martyrs to students within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
